“As we lose ourselves in the service of others, we discover our own lives and our own happiness.” Raja Murali Sethu, a great social activist from Coimbatore was a former auto driver and was unfortunate as he can’t complete his schooling. Now he runs a charitable trust,”pasiyaara soru” to support the needy. He was from a family where his mother was the sole provider for the whole big family and doesn’t want others to encounter poverty. He chose to serve people of the government hospital at Coimbatore by providing food and the basic necessities in the year 2000 even during the pandemic. He also stretches a helping hand to the students who are studying in government schools and in need of their essentials for over 11 years and helped around 1300 students.We ,team TEDxKpriet are overwhelmed to have him as a part of our event.
